Syndicate Academy of Sword and Skill

The Syndicate Academy of Sword and Skill is a live audience participation show that blends historical lessons with practical swordsman ship. In this show several audience members will volunteer to participate as students and learn various sword techniques like cuts and thrusts, footwork, and defense. There are two types of classes offered. One for children and one for adults.

Syndicate Academy of Sword and Skill (Children Class)
Have you ever wanted to wield a sword? Come join the duelist Francisco Alvarez de la Vega as he demonstrates techniques and how to use weapons of the Renaissance. De la Vega will not only teach you and your young ones the history of these techniques, but also how to defend and attack with them as well. This is a hands-on experience that is fun for all ages.

Syndicate Academy of Sword and Skill (Adult Class)
Do you have what it takes to win a duel? Come join the duelist Francisco Alvarez de la Vega as he demonstrates techniques and how to use weapons in the Spanish style of Destreza. De la Vega will not only teach you the history of these techniques, but also how to defend and attack with them as well. This is a hands-on experience that is aimed for adults using steel swords.
